Payment and shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered all over the world.

Shipping costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

We do not charge any shipping costs for order above 70 EUR. For order below the total order amount of 70 EUR, following conditions apply:

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

Shipping costs within Germany are 4,90 EUR

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We ship your orders with DHL & Deutsche Post to the following countries under the following conditions:

EU-Countries: 13,90 EUR
Switzerland: 13,90 EUR
USA/Canada: 13,90 EUR

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 7 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 14 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the shipping of the goods.
